Two rounds of e-mailed questions, determining problem-solving skills and skills for the job. Then, there was a phone interview where the hiring manager asked a series of random questions that did not have anything to do with the job. Lastly, there was a face-to-face interview with more questions about what makes you qualified for the job. In my last interview, they asked my age, which was very offputting.
