I was referred for the position by employee, my former colleague. First, I had a conversation with HR representative. As a second round, I was interviewed by the project manager where I was going to work and a technical specialist. It was basically a technical interview with no soft-skill questions and other typical questions such as "Why us?".

Group up in teams and solve a case study regarding the implementation of an SAP solution in a company.
1 on 1 interviews and also a written assessment where we had to research topics regarding SAP.
