Worst candidate experience with Baylor Scott & White. I started the process June 11th and had two rounds of interviews. The first interview was with the HM and she was great. The final round was with her team. I did not receive any communication after the final round so I began calling and emailing the recruiter over the course of several weeks to no avail. Finally...twenty-two days later, after a lookup on LinkedIn I was able to email the recruiting manager. About 15 mins after that email, I received an auto decline letter. Having been in recruiting, this was by far the worst candidate experience. They seem to lack corporate structure from the team I interviewed with( was not set up in a standard Q&A interview style) more like a round table discussion and did not get a good feel of cohesiveness and collaboration from them as a team. Then to have the recruiting exp that I had just made it pretty clear that this company was clearly not a fit.
