BaxterStorey Interview Questions

Went for 2 rounds of interviews and was told I would be contacted by the end of the week following my 2nd interview. After sending 3 emails since I received no response or no contact about my interviews. No feedback was provided and my emails were ignored. Would not recommend going for interviews with this company at all due to the unprofessional and frustarting lack of communication after putting the time and effort into these 2 interviews.

There were three rounds, the interview was smooth and average, nothing difficult but took long till finished all rounds, so it took a while till I actually could start working

Warm and easy wasn’t intimidating. General chat and telling me about the company. Seems a good company to work for. I didn’t take the job for personal reasons, but they seems a good company. Good pay too

Applied on their website, sent CV and asked me to have face interview. After that, I have to have unpaid trial shift working for one of their shops. The next day they told me there are other opportunities and asked me to do another unpaid work trial. I don't want to do any unpaid trial, so I said No. The recruiter told me because every shop is different so I have to do unpaid work trial shift one by one, see which shop willing to pick me.

Didn't cover all specifications of the job was vauge towards hours no mention of no over time plealent polite desperate over sounded like an opportunity but turned out to be no training work at crazy hour no work life balance

First was an informal chat in a coffee shop to get to know my personality and to tell me all about the job and the client the job role was for. I then had a formal interview at the clients building and finally worked a trial for 3 hours.

Very smooth and easy interview process, the question was easy mostly about your educational background and job-related experiences. I got the position at the moment so I didn't have to wait for further answers

2 interviews, one with the BaxterStorey team, another with the client. The first lasted 30 minutes or so, and the second was longer and more formal, given the client was in attendance
