Got a response quite quickly after application. Scheduled a web interview soon after. Straightforward and easy going. Correspondence is friendly and accommodating and helpful it was generally a soft get to know interviewee and company conversation.

Tell us about yourself and why you want to join base?
I had a screening call for 15 minutes, and it made me feel like the interviewer was dumb. The interviewer did not understand the technical stuff I was talking about on the call and ended the call abruptly.
