Interview
4 Stages:
FIRST: Shortlisting on the basis of Form filling.
SECOND : Aptitude Test Quantitative & verbal questions
Quantitative: 35 Q, 35 Min.
- Very calculative but Easy
Verbal: 48 Q, 25 min
12 passages of 5-6 lines.
You have to whether the statement is TRUE or FALSE or CAN'T SAY.
THIRD:
Assessment round / Case study
Financial knowledge is req.
FOURTH: Interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
You have to be very fast in calculation (Calculator was allowed). They were having only Data Interpretation sets.(Bar graph, Pie chart, Line chart, Tables etc).
DI were given at the end and questions were randomly asked. You have to be very fast in searching the proper DI set.
Cv and pre screening procedures
Online tests - involved maths, non verbal, competency and values
1-1 interview online 45 minutes
AC (online) - role play, 1hr behavioural interview
All straight forward, behavioural and motivational questions, no commercial or technical questions asked
I had 2 rounds on the same day. It was a very straightforward and welcoming experience. They were also transparent and told me I would make it past the next round.
Video interview, with 5 questions. Just two steps; application and video interview. To be honest they were very basic questions, not very technical. Just prepare very well for basic interview questions.
