Robert is warm and professional. One of the best leaders in the local industry. A very knowledgeable broker. A great place to start when you're a brand new agent. He asked a lot of questions because he loves to get to know people.

Robert is an intelligent man who knows real estate. Robert was very transparent about how Bailey Properties is committed to training new agents by providing free workshops and support. He is upfront about desk fees which includes E&O insurance. The agents are very supportive of each other.

Interview
I was interviewed by the Broker/Owner Robert. It lasted several hours. He seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. Robert is looking for Agents of a certain type and personality that will fit into his organization. During the interview he candidly answered my many questions. By the time we finished I had a good idea what to expect and a sense on how to be successful.
