A combination of on-site interviews with hiring manager, senior managers, peers and internal customers along with phone interviews with peers and the CIO. Mixed impression of staff - some senior folks had something on the ball while some long-term folks were obviously just marking time to retirement. People definitely not of the caliber of technology folks at other financial services firms in the area.
