I applied in their website and almost 10 days later a recruiter contacted me with an email asking me some questions like why I would have been a good candidate, starting when I would have been available and my salary expectations. Also, when to meet for an online meeting.

They asked me some personal and motivational questions, then questions in english about my thesis and excel questions about filters and macros , like why this job that is different from and investment banking role, why bnp paribas

1st round: HR: pre-talk Asking about your visa; your avabilitity 2nd round: Manager interview (usually it would be offline interview, but mine is via facetime) Behavior questions, Why this company and why this position, your future career planning, etc. 3rd round: Written test, send the question via email and you need to replay on time.

Interview was pretty smooth. Coming in as a fresh grad, not many difficult domain questions were asked, and it was more of character-based and work-ethic based questions. Process was rather pleasant.

The interview process has to be one of the worst ones I had so far. I've applied and I only got into the final interview stage 2 months after. My hiring process is still open but in their website but haven't said anything despite the emails I've seen to the HR Department.They are very bad at communicating and don't give you feedback if you don't get the job position you are applying for. It was an awful experience.
