I submitted my interest in working at BMO online. The interview was conducted by the Branch Manager and the Assistant Branch Manager. They skimmed through the job description in like two minutes. They didn't ask any technical questions. Hired me on the spot.
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

Online One way interview. Multiple questions, would be given time before the question to think about before needing to answer. Time limit for each question (need to stay within a limit)

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
