Interview
f2f interwiew with basic question, no such technical round, last company overview, 2 round, f2f reguional offices, management people not involved,at the end its hire and fire policy. no only care of the revenue you can generate for them from the day one of joining.
First the Branch manager will take the interview,than top 3 levels and finally hr,then finally 1 to 1 interview in head office.
This process takes little bit longer time.need to follow up sometime
