The interview was only one day and was with the Branch Manager and Regional Manager. They needed to replace an empty role so they were moving fast. The background test took the lastest. After that, you do online training on site for the first week
Relaxed but professional interview process. Hiring manager was incredibly informative. Expectations of the position seem very clear. I was offered a position but turned it down for another opportunity. Would absolutely recommend BB&T to a fellow job seeker!

Interview
Normal Interview. I enjoyed it. Met with a market leader to answer questions on the culture and what I would do in certain situations. Straight forward and honest interview. Gracious market leader.
Telephone interview about 10 minutes, then in person interview. Was called for second interview about 5 hours after, very laid back second interview with team leader. She was very nice and friendly, asked simple questions
