Questions included typical competancy- name a time etc. Wanted only STAR answers.

Name a time you faced a challenge and how did you overcome it
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BAE Systems (Manchester, England) in Sept 2022
Interview
One off 2 hour interview that went through my CV, Asked competency based questions around SDLC and projects I had worked on. Presentation around a project I had worked on. Generally more of a discussion than a formal interview as I was on a level with the interviewers. Generally polite, positive and overall a positive experience.
