Initially screened CV and then progressed to psychometric tests, video interview followed shortly after which was a strength based interview rather than competency based. Questions such as 'would your friends describe you as...' or 'would your family say that you are good at ..' for various different strengths. Then took around 2 months to receive email stating I had passed the interview, so that my full application would now be considered and would be informed in another month if I was selected to an assessment centre.
