Interview
Met with 3 different people separately - started with discussing my PM background, then next level up, more discussion on dealing with conflict/difficult situations/project recovery and then last interview was with an executive.

What was a difficult situation I dealt with and how did I manage the situation? Was it completed to client satisfaction? Discussed PM background, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, technology background.

Interview
They were very thorough yet moved quickly because I had an offer on the table from Microsoft. I was very impressed and was close to accepting. They are a great company.
