The interview process was inefficient and poorly screened. After an initial phone conversation, I was asked to provide detailed written responses to multiple executive-level decision questions , because the HR forgot to ask me during our interview and which were explicitly forwarded to the CFO.
Despite this additional work, the process ended with a rejection based on lack of “industry alignment” — something that was obvious from my resume and known before the written questions were requested. This raises serious questions about internal alignment and respect for candidate time.
