Positive. Recruiter was kind and inquisitive. Interview process consisted of phone screen by a recruiter, phone screen by initial manager followed by onsite interview with various leadership team members. Quick turn around but incorrectly presented themselves as having a low turnover and high employee satisfaction. Once inside the organization, you become aware that turnover is high. Of the 11 members I started with, only 4 made it past the 6 month mark and that was considered a long tenure.
