very organized and clear, step by step. The HR team is helpful. The interviewers are professional and friendly. The vibe is light and easy. While I am too nervous about this opportunity. I was not confident enough and did not perform well. The company is looking for people who have the same vibe.

The assessment part is a bit difficult for me. It is about a project. You should distribute money for different kinds of small projects. Your choice, your priority, and the reason. A professional will follow up on your answers.
Multi-stage interview. Final stage is an assessment centre that lasts about 3 hours, involving a case study interview (answering how you would approach a theoretical project) and a more typical interview

It was a lot more casual than what I am used to. But this was certainly welcomed. Felt the hiring managers were genuinely interested in getting to know you and your ambitions
