Arizona Department of Economic Security Interview Questions

Very thorough interview and hiring process. Face to face interview was very straightforward and included 4 questions. It was a panel of three people asking the questions. Then a review of professional references, a simple computer knowledge test then a background check before an offer is received. Took about 3 weeks from application to offer.

Interview was basic questions and a basic computer test. It was fairly easy and I believe only seven questions. I was interviewed by two supervisors and they wrote what I said down on the computer.

Bad, it was just really confusing and the questions didn’t make sense. I was expecting to walk in and ace it, and was very confident, and they almost immediately knocked me down

Interview was pretty easy as it was only 10 questions about basic IT Support. They also asked me if I am okay with extensive travel around Arizona which is a big part of this job.

Applied online (had a internal connection that I also referenced in interview), had a phone interview with one person, in person interview with case manager and supervisor and then took bilingual test. Finally was offered the job.

Talked to on the phone for 30 minutes. Never got to say much. Was able to ask one question. The two people talking at me seemed very disinterested. Never heard back from anyone again.

Initially did send my resume to the Knowledge service through one of the vendors and then i recieved call from supervisor with few questions asked and then called for inperson interview for almost one hour

The interview went well. It helps when you are experienced in the position your applying for. I am at a sit still in my third process. I am still awaiting offer for the case manager position.

The interview will how well you speak and articulate. You will sit in front of a panel and they will ask you a series of scripted questions. Once you start speaking the panel will not be making eye contact with you so be prepared to overly stress your mind.
