Screening interview was excellent. Great candour, very casual, spoke heavily on the benefits and why it was a great place to be. Easy interview. Second was a f2f with 2 potential colleagues. Again, casual however at the end they completely ghosted me. Followed up twice and didn't even bother responding For a "professional services" team, there was nothing professional about the process
