my interview with this company ran from 10am until around 2:20pm. Nobody mentioned lunch break. I was hungry and tired, didn't feel well towards the end, no food then no energy. They should be more considerate in designing the interview process. The staff accountant, tax manager, VP Finance I met seemed to be nice. However, the controller acted pretty bossy already and appreared to be quite cold-hearted during the interview. She was really proud of the potential IPO her company in such a HOT industry. The way she talked to me was pretty intimidating. I heard there will be a lot of overtime expected (of course no more pay). All departments, everybody within the company is very busy so that it will be very tough to get colaboration from others. I don't like this bossy controller at all. Not a friendly person (can she be a good manager? probably not!) Good luck with her potential IPO in such a HOT industry!
