How would you solve this problem for the organization?
Had an interview scheduled twice for this position and it was cancelled 20 minutes after the interview was supposed to start. Get rid of the virtual assistant tool and go back to where the recruiting department contacts candidates directly, because apparently there is a lack of communication between this tool and the HR department. This was a waste of time and I will not apply for a job with this company again.

Interview
My interview was virtual. I was interviewed separately by the VP of Finance, Finance Director, and Finance Supervisor. Everyone was very nice and the process was very smooth. Mostly went over my resume and some behavioral questions.
