Friendly. Went through head manager. He asked a few questions and basically with my experience things sailed smoothly. Don't be embarrassed or ashamed. I'm excited to be an Applebee's employee!

What happens when the kitchen gets stuffed with orders and everybody is behind..
On the spot interview, manager checked if I knew how to cook and made sure if I knew kitchen safety. They had other cooks train me as well who also made sure I can cook
Good process, smooth as well. Very organized and the managers were great. Did not last to long about 30 minutes. Provided snacks. Said process should be a week long included from interview to signing
