I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Apollo.io
Interview
I applied as a technical support but they put me in customer service
I was interviewed by the guy and he keeps looking at the other side of him which made me bothered. However, he moved me forward to role-playing but he only sent an invitation for scheduling. I thought the role-playing is just about the “pretend calls” but you need to navigate their software and the woman who interviewed me was disappointed cause I can’t navigate it. I told her that I don’t know how and she said it’s alright ( pretty but you know she ain’t kind) and I told her I don’t know and haven’t navigated your page and that’s the time she said she will talk to the first guy who interviewed me right after that horrible interview.
Almost a week has passed, no email from the guy. Now I have received an email from him saying they won’t move forward with my application. If you don’t want to waste your time, don’t apply here.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Apollo.io (Colombia, Huila) in Feb 2022
Interview
It was an extensive process, but it helped all people involved to be sure this was the right position for me. I spoke to HR, managers and performed a pratical test to show my skills
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask general interview questions about past experiences.
I applied online. I interviewed at Apollo.io (Manila, Manila) in Dec 2021
Interview
Everything was properly explained at first. . HR scheduled a second interview only to cancel 30 mins before the interview because they had a "sudden" change of process in hiring for a customer service position.
