Phone screen, followed by interview with hiring manager, followed by a take home exercise. The process was fine, but it took forever to get updates. The rejection email was a robotic, canned response. It was disappointing to get that type of email after going through the trouble of completing the take home exercise. The actual conversations in the interviews were pleasant.
