Online application and some simple test. When you pass this there will be an email telling you that you'll have a phone interview. This seemed like a process to check your English skill. When you pass this you will have a case interview. After this you will have SI interview. There is one more step after SI interview, but I did not get to participate in that.

Question 1
For case interview, I read a packet of case study and prepared my answer for 40 minutes and answered for 20 minutes. For SI interview, I had thorough interview that included questions about my leadership style, possible strategy for beer industry etc.
CV screening, Culture Fit online test, AI video interview, Business Case interview, Leadership assessment.
After this process, GMT Summer Internship program starts and you would also have a final interview after the internship.
