Interview
Although both interviews were long, they weren't overly stressful. I first met with my future manager and future co-worker. The questions were to see how my personality was and if I would fit with the team. The second interview was even longer. I met with another future team member and my future manager again. Half way through the interview, I met with the CEO where we got a chance to interview each other. Near the end of the second review we talked salary, benefits and possible start date.

Since I was interviewing for a website design position, my future boss had my critique two magazine covers to see what I would change and why. The second part to that was to review my resume and fix/change anything about it.
