Interview
Applied online, had a phone interview with the VP first, didn't ask many questions. Basically just asked me to walk through my education and research experience.Then waited for about 4 weeks to get an invitation for the second round interview. This time was with the VP himself and the director of customer support department. The questions are very detailed in to the role customer support, like what if the customer asked for something that is not included in the product yet.
