Got a link from a third-party recruiting service to complete a pre-recorded interview. Questions are given, then you have a minute or so to record your video response to each question.
A few days after, I got another interview request. When I went to select a time, there was nothing available. I contacted tech support (there is no direct contact given to communicate with anyone at Amplify, only received the automated no-reply recruiting emails). Tech support on the scheduling platform told me that the hiring managers hadn't updated their availability yet. I had to refresh at the end of the day until the interviewers filled in their availability.
The interview was fine and I was asked relevant questions. I just wished that I had known ahead of time who I would be interviewing with and what we would be discussing, this info was not provided.
It's been two weeks since, and I have not received a followup. The lack of followup is why I would say that it was a negative experience.
