No room for negotiation was made clear on base pay. The same week had a second round with the hiring manager, questions were focused on the ability to manage cross-functional teams, being able to influence, how do I give feedback, what motivated me to apply for this role and Amgen? Essential to know the role and have examples handy to show how you have done that before. I was told the next step would be a panel interview, it’s been three weeks, and haven’t heard back from Amgen yet. Over all the process is slow and fragmented.

Virtual interview one on one with hiring manager gave short detail of role & company, but gave short answers to my questions very disappointed & turned off by this attitude
