Amerlux interview questions

Applied to position, after a week or so got a video interview with hiring manager, that went well. Then after another week, they had me go onsite (when no companies are doing this right now due to covid), and had me do a video interview with someone in another department who was not on site, which is pretty absurd. The interviews were fine, and was frankly patient with their illogical methods. And then ended up being rejected because they changed their minds on what the role duties would be, which were beneath my experience. So a complete waste of time.
