Interview

1st a phone interview was given inquiring about my interest in the job and hours that the job required. Then a scheduled interview with 2 Long-time employees that have a prepared list of your typical interview questions and they asked many questions like " describe a specific time when you ... and tell us how you handle ..." and take notes of your responses.
