The interview went well, I'm just looking for insight on what I'll be walking into starting this job. I had to add a review to be able to see others reviews, I will update as soon as I start.

The interview questions are the basic questions like past employment, hours willing to work, just stuff like that.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at American Income Life (Bloomburg, TX) in Aug 2021
Interview
The first interview wasn't quite an interview, it was a zoom meeting to hear about the company. I did my own research and I really loved the founder, Mr. Rappaport. My second interview was a zoom call with the branch manager near me, and it was a really smooth process.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at American Income Life (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
