Cattle call. I mirror the other comments regarding this company; anyone can get hired and they have an expedited hiring process with a lot of promises for fast tracking. My concerns were validated as I was able to research further, this has all the makings of a pyramid scheme. If you are young and eager and have questionable ethics, this could work for you. 100% commission and you will need to pay for certification/licensing, so the company takes no risk other then spending a very limited amount of time for limited training.

1st interview less then 5 minutes, then immediately stated I am good to go to second interview and pushed for the one just 20 minutes later. (note: won't even validate parking and suggested street parking). The second interview wasn't an interview, it was an orientation. In this 20 minute group setting, they offered a limited rundown of product, starting agent position, and pay structure. You were also given 6 pages of personality questions. The big comment was "all you need is a joke and a good personality to succeed...". Finally, you hand in the questionaire and they say "if you are selected for a final interview, we will call later today between 3-7p. And, if you do not get a call, then text us back..."
Super easy, they want to hire you because managers are measured on how many people they hire and retain. No past experience needed. They love a salesy attitude and over achievers

First round was a general webinar/ zoom with zero interaction - more of a business presentation about the opportunities, followed by a survey form to fill out and return. 2nd round was maybe a 20 minute 1 on 1 interview where I was offered the position on the spot.
Standard interview questions - had a group interview and then a one-on-one with branch manager. went through all the steps to obtain cert and timeline to get started. Made aware that this position is purely commission based.
