Build a business list of the companies that I want to target. Then search all of the legitimate job boards (including local newspapers), find candidates on Linked in and utilize my Paid account to reach out. Works really well. I actually utilize Busi nessWise.and my extensive professional network. I also reach out to my all-star previous co-workers.

Question 1
Probably dealing with a candidate who has way too high of expectations. Ex. Wants to double their salary and a lot more vacation/sick days. I can normally come to an equal compromise.
