Long and difficult. Interview with multiple persons asking questions for Situational questions! But never know which one you answer right or wrong to their requirements. Total interview time can be as long as 6 hours
Difficult but rewarding interview process. The interview process took a few weeks. It starts with an online application and assessment, then ends with an in-person interview session, which lasted about 4 hours.
Initial would be a normal test online after you have applied. Final round is 3×45 minutes virtual video panel interview. Learn amazons leadership principle and have varietys of example from your previous job or academics.
