Interview consisted of 1 screening phone interview, just to check you background and cv. Second interview was more related to the job i was applying for. Interviewer checked how much i knew about the position and about Amazon. Then another phone interview checking your reasons why Amazon, why the position, etc. Then a panel interview with 5 or 6 people at different times. Many questions are repeated questions, mock speeches, etc.
