Interview
One phone call screening with a third party agency, then one in person interview. If you don't pass the two tests you will not be offered the job. The tests you will not be hired. The tests are very hard and are graded by the team located in German.

None. You must pass two tests which are very hard and are graded by the Germany Team.
There was an initial interview where you will tour the showroom and warehouse on site followed by a second interview with a technical assessment that you have about 1.5hrs to complete, and finally a mock sales presentation where you pitch an item of your choice to them so they can get an idea of your presentation style.

Interview
10 min phone screen by HR to determine salary range, qualifications and ability to travel 40%. Second interview with HR is 1 hr video conference consisting of detailed review of your resume. Third video conference interview is with hiring manager, VP of sales for 45-60min and starts off with you providing a 3-5 min sales product pitch of your choice. If you make it to the forth stage, it is another video conference where you pencil sketch an exhibit booth and take a math oriented test.

Have you researched our company? Identify your weaknesses. Why would you want to work here? Can you describe your sales approach? Will you travel Monday morning through Friday evening every other week? Wait, what? that's 50% travel and you do have autonomy to balance your own schedule around trade shows or personal life.
