Apply online and receive a call from HR for screening. Then, I got an interview, and it was easy, basically a casual convo and some interview questions for the process.

Interview
Brief phone call with HR followed by an interview with 2 hiring managers.
HR asked about my CV and my experience, the hiring managers focused more on the role itself and asked for specific examples of situations based on prior experiences.
Easy interview process, there was a screening interview and a panel interview of four people. It wasn’t hard as they only asked pretty basic accounting questions. Most of the questions were about culture fit.
It was about an hour long. It was a hard interview, lots of tough technical accounting questions. I wasn't really prepared and the interviewer didn't seem to want to go easy on me.
