After submitting the online application, I was soon contacted about doing a video interview. The questions are all listed here so preparing for them wasn't hard, but even with extensive preparation I found the video format to be, quite frankly, terrible. I had seven questions: why school (60s), why major (60), why AlphaSights (60), what does AS do (30), what are you passionate about (60), leadership experience (90), what else are you considering (60). Waiting to hear back.

very swift and seamless. The interview process was quick and efficient with constant communication for the team and the recruiter as well. I heard back quick after each interview section.
walk through of the resume. basic resume questions. why this role. what skills do u need for this role. why do u think u will be a good fit. what are some technical skills that you have
Interesting conversations. Behavioral + simulation case. If you know what the job is about and you have an interest you'll do well. Two rounds of interviews, first one was all behavioral, second one was both.
