Interview
From the time I applied online through my offer after an interview in NYC, the process took 6 weeks. I began through my university's online job postings and ended with a round of in-person interviews at the firm's New York office.
After the initial app and cover letter, I had a recorded interview through the Take the Interview software, followed by a series of Skype and phone calls, one or two of each. The last step is an invitation to interview in New York, which includes a brief case-study presentation, two or three interviews with Lead Analysts and Associates, and a one-on-one interview with the office director. Most questions are pretty straight forward, though they often are interested in learning what makes you different from other applicants and how you personally will add to the office environment.
I interviewed in New York in late April / early May 2013 and received my offer the next day. Final offers are followed up with a personal gift.

30min interview fairly relaxed. Mainly behavioural questions and talking about yourself. 1 question at the end about what you understand the company to do. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. It is optional whether to have your camera on or not.
