it was great, it took just weeks but i am grateful for the opportunity , i got the job, i currently enjoy the job, i first had a screening through Hays, then i had an aptitude test and lastly a 1 to one interview with hays, i passed but wasnt given the job for a month.

you were with two people and they asked you about your past roles and what you did and asked you to draw on your experiences, you were shown around and they described the cultures and what benefits you have. they advise that they give you training and that its a team based job, you will answer 90 calls a day average and your only allowed 260 sec on the phone per customer give or take. over all experiences was that it was a good job to get office knowledge and to work in a team in a fast paced environment
