Interview
The first stage is online screening with a standard CV and cover letter. Next is a telephone interview followed by a psychologist telephone interview and online tests. These are usually run as an assessment day but were conducted online due to COVID. Next is 2x case interviews with VP's. The final round is a telephone interview with an MD.

Question 1
The first telephone interview was more of a general chat with a current consultant about why you're applying. The psychologist's telephone interview focuses on your 'fit' to the company. The case interviews are interviewer-led and will be with a team that AP has determined you best fit into.

Interview
Two first round interviews with associates or managers, two second round interviews with a principal and partner. All interviews include a behavioral aspect, a case, and a Q&A at the end.

Interview
The selection process lasted about a month and a half and included three interviews (with the director of area, a fellow consultant and an online assessment). I found the process to be overly long (over 2 hours for an online assessment, not including the time for preparation) and not very efficient. In my opinion, the assessment should be included earlier, otherwise it ends up being a waste of time and energy.
For the assessment, the platform only provides a few free examples and then requires payment to continue.
I was offered the opportunity to give feedback and I am considering doing so.

The interview process was fairly easy overall. Most of the questions were general and the conversation was primarily discussion-based rather than highly technical. For preparation, I would recommend reviewing basic technical concepts along with common behavioral interview questions. All the best with your interview preparation.
