Process was very quick and straightforward. Applied via resume through my school's job board and had an on-site interview (group super day type thing). Talked to three different people in which I was given questions about fit, hypotheticals, and general get to know you items.

Interview questions are based off Alight's core values. If you go through a temp agency on boarding takes two weeks. If you apply directly through them they outsource their on boarding which takes over month!

First screening then online test aptitude reasoning and some basic technucal , excel based logical test then manager / techincal round then delivery manager round then salaey discussion hr follow up for joining the company
