Interview
The interview took about 2 rounds of interviews with the second being with 5 different managers. It mainly used the STAR method and overall, it was a good experience. After that, an offer was made the same week after my last interview which in all, made the length of time of the interview plus offer
One screening, four panelists from various functions (R&D, hiring manager, clinical operations, project manager). Recruiting team was not incredibly responsive. Took over the course of about six weeks from first screening interview to offer. Overall, pretty standard interview experience.
