Interview
General interview. It takes about 2 hours. They have you complete a generic competency and typing test. If you cannot pass that then you should go back to school.
It was awkward speaking with the recruiter but she did put me through to the hiring manager. Hiring manager was condescending and unprofessional who clearly did not read my resume before my interview and said I was in customer service. I have an MBA and over 18 years of corporate account executive experience and he said I've only done customer service. Poor experience.
Six month interview process. Waste of time. Under payed job. They are interested in young broke college kids who are interested in taking any job that they are offered. Would not suggest
