I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Agilent Technologies (Boulder, CO) in May 2022
Interview
I was contacted by their AI, Cora, via text and email to schedule an interview. The scheduling went fine and confirmations of date and time were sent via text and email. 24 hrs prior they AL confirmed. The last messages via text and email came exactly an hr prior to scheduled interview saying ‘Your interview with Agilent Technologies is in 1 hr, Good luck!” Well, guess what, no one ever called and it was impossible to get the BOT AI to figure this out, I say this is very unprofessional for this company to do this to a candidate for a senior position which pays 88-128k.
3 steps interview process with 3 one on one interview. The interviewers were genuine and conventional in the format and during the discussions. Each of the interviews lasted more than 30mn.

The interview process was as expected with typical interview project management questions. Most of the questions were related to my background and work experiences. My interview included 3 rounds, met with recruiter then hiring manager, followed by the hiring manager's boss.
