I had my interview scheduled in the first week of December 2018 for the role of Project Manager. There were three rounds of interview. In the first round, I was asked about my work experience and about the various types of projects I have handled. I was analyzed on my project management skills and different project management concepts. The second round was more of project management scenario based questions, where I had to provide the best solution which suits the scenario and justify the same along with that I was also asked to create few workflow diagrams. The third round was HR discussion which involved salary negotiation. The interview process was well planned and offer letter released a week later.
