I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
The initial interview is just a presentation where they are essentially asking you to apply. They send you an email saying they are interested in you, but all they really want is someone with a car for the position which is essentially door to door sales.
Painted a good picture but haven't seen the full image as yet. Had a couple interviews on line that seemed to show a good work environment and possible income potential . However did emphasize building a team.
Group interview and then one on one over the phone. Fair and honest questions by kind people, can’t complain at all. I think it’s safe to call it my best experience
Thorough and well prepared. Asked great questions. Knew what they were doing. Met with two people. Would recommend this company. Ended up getting the role. Nothing weird about the interview.
