I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Affinity Global (IL) (Markham, ON) in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview process is quite good, straight to the point and less stressful. With the proper work experience, it is very easy getting the job position. The interview environment is very comfortable with little or no reason to get nervous. The chances of getting immediately hired is very high.
I applied online. I interviewed at Affinity Global (IL) (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2022
Interview
Two interviews took place over the phone. Then they sent me an offer letter and details for background check. I filled up the form with details and then they confirmed me my training schedule and equipment pick up dates.
Quickly was contacted after sending my resume on indeed. Recruiter failed to include the interview date or time when they requested to speak with me. Took them 3 more emails to get their own appointment correct and then a final fourth one once they had figured that out to tell me they gave the wrong time as I was in PST. Day of the interview they sent a link with the time listed as "9 am PST Eastern Time." Zoom link went to a different meeting ID than what was stated in the email. Very bad an unprofessional experience makes you wonder how these recruiters/HR people have any job at all.
